RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at chaosrealmdesigns@proton.me before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-designed, personalized, modified, or specially commissioned items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are created specifically for the customer. This does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Once design work, material preparation, printing, machining, or other production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at chaosrealmdesigns@proton.me if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

International Customers

International customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under the laws that apply in their location. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Custom or personalized goods may be excluded from certain cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.
